CBT SERVICES

I offer online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for adults, children and teenagers experiencing a range of emotional difficulties.

My main areas of work include anxiety and excessive worry, depression and low mood, OCD and intrusive thoughts, panic attacks and specific phobias.

You do not need to know exactly which diagnosis applies before getting in touch. An initial conversation can help us consider what is happening and whether CBT with me may be suitable.

What happens next?

I offer a free, informal 10–15-minute introductory call. This gives you the opportunity to briefly explain what has been happening, ask any initial questions and decide whether you feel I may be the right therapist for you.

If you decide to go ahead, we will begin with an assessment. In our first session, I focus on getting to know you as a whole person, helping us to develop a shared understanding of your experiences, how they affect you today and what may be keeping the difficulties going.

We will agree what you would like to achieve from therapy and consider how we can work towards these goals together.

Sessions take place online and usually last 50–60 minutes. CBT is practical and collaborative, so we may agree things for you to try between appointments. We will regularly review how therapy is progressing and make changes where needed.

Online CBT sessions: £95
